What Actually Comes in the Box
Product pages show the product. They rarely show what arrives, and that gap causes more pre-purchase hesitation than it should — particularly when the parcel is going to a shared address. This is a straight description of what a GETAUVE order contains, what it does not, and how it is packed.
No surprises, no branded outer box, and nothing that identifies the contents to anyone handling the parcel.
The Short Answer
Every order contains the product, a USB charging cable, a storage pouch, a quick-start card, and the warranty information. Everything ships in a plain outer mailer with no product name, no imagery, and a neutral sender name. There is no branded retail box that would identify the contents in transit, and nothing in the parcel describes what is inside.
Inside the Parcel
The product. Sealed, in its own inner packaging. Charged enough to test on arrival, though not necessarily fully charged — plug it in before first use.
USB charging cable. Included with every rechargeable piece. Magnetic or pin-connector depending on the model, both specified on the product page.
Storage pouch. A soft pouch, included because storing silicone against other materials is how surfaces get damaged. Use it — a toy loose in a drawer picks up lint and can react with other materials.
Quick-start card. Charging, controls, travel lock, and cleaning. Small, and worth reading before the first use, particularly for the travel lock — the most common "my toy is broken" case is a lock that was never disengaged.

What Is Not Included
- Lubricant. Sold separately. Water-based is the right pairing with silicone toys — Velvet Touch at $21 — and using the wrong type can permanently damage the surface.
- Toy cleaner. Mild soap and warm water is sufficient for body-safe silicone and is what we recommend. Specialty cleaners are optional, not required.
- A wall adapter. The cable is USB; any standard phone adapter works.
- Batteries. Everything in the range is rechargeable, so none are needed.
The Outer Packaging
The shipping mailer is plain and unbranded. No product silhouettes, no suggestive text, no store name printed large — only a shipping label and a carrier barcode. The return address uses a neutral business name. Where a carrier form requires a contents description, it is generic.

Bundles vs. Single Pieces
A bundle arrives as one parcel containing all pieces, each in its own inner packaging with its own cable and pouch. The outer mailer is slightly larger but otherwise identical in discretion. Self-Love Ritual is three pieces; Couples Intimacy is three pieces built for shared use.
If parcel size is a concern because someone else brings in the mail, ordering a single piece rather than a bundle reduces the footprint.
If Something Is Missing
Contact us before using the product. A missing cable, pouch, or card is straightforward to resolve, and it is worth doing immediately rather than at the point where you need the item. Warranty claims and missing-part requests are handled through the same process described on the FAQ page.
Before First Use
Charge fully, then wash with warm water and mild soap and dry completely. Check the travel lock if it does not power on — a long press of three to five seconds, not a quick tap, disengages it on most models. If it still does not respond, run through the troubleshooting checks before assuming anything is wrong.
