Are There Any Import Fees?

No. All customs clearance and import-related charges are covered by us. You will not be required to pay any additional import fees upon delivery.

 

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking information.

You can use the tracking link included in the email to monitor the progress of your shipment.

If you experience any issues with the tracking link, simply visit the carrier’s website and enter your tracking number to view the latest shipping updates.

 

Will my credit card details be stored?

No. Getauve does not store your credit card information.

All payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers. Your payment details are encrypted and handled directly by the payment processor to ensure maximum security.

If there is an issue processing your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.

When will I receive my package?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Most customers receive their orders within 5–7 business days after shipment. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local carrier services.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

How much does shipping cost to my country or region?

We offer free standard shipping on all Getauve orders.

For certain remote or special delivery areas, additional shipping charges may apply. If this is the case, our Customer Support Team will contact you before processing your order.

 

Can I Return or Exchange a Getauve Product?

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return an unopened and unused product within 30 days of receiving your order.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used intimate products.

Please note:

* Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

* Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

* Products that are defective or malfunctioning may qualify for a replacement under our warranty policy.

* To receive a refund, any bundle or set must be returned in full, with all items unopened and unused.

* Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

* All returns and exchanges require prior authorization from our Customer Support Team.

Damaged, Opened, or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, appears to have been opened during transit, or contains missing items, please take clear photographs of the package and its contents and contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery.

If you experience any issues with your Getauve product, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance. Products found to have manufacturing defects or functional malfunctions may be eligible for a replacement in accordance with our Warranty Policy.
